"We needed good quality oak prefinished doors for a complete property remodel and these were perfect as they also offer a half glazed version with obscure glazing. Sadly these are not available as prefinished but are easily oiled to the same specification/colour. Good solid doors and were delivered on time and efficiently"
"I ordered some doors and only 4 were in stock out of 8. I asked for the 4 to be delivered asap and the balance to follow a couple of weeks later. I called up over a week later and was informed my 4 had not shipped they were waiting for others I explained this was not the agreement so had to wait over 5 days again 12 days for a stock item. The doors that were due were then delayed I called to confirm a delivery date and was informed they had been delayed and was not in yet. Not one bit of correspondence from vibrant doors. They told me new date and expected delivery which was Thursday following week, forgot Thursday nothing got a very rude customer service assistant who needs to assess her people skills to be told I would have them delivered the following Monday instead. Again no communication. Avoid this company at all costs, customer service is abysmal."
