• Particleboard core with a north American white oak veneer
• These doors are supplied with 10mm solid lippings, meaning:
  • Up to 12mm trim allowance on non-fire-rated doors (6mm from any edge)
  • Up to 8mm trim allowance on FD30 fire rated doors (8mm from any edge)
• Offered in an range of imperial and metric door sizes and panel configurations
• Also available in prefinished oak veneer
• Available in bespoke sizes on an extended lead time
• 10 year manufacturer's warranty

Crafted with traditional 6x4mm vertical grooves and timber inserts, it offers the look of a solid plank door (such as the Mexicano or Farley) but at a fraction of the price. Supplied unfinished, it’s your canvas to paint, oil or stain however you fancy.

Underneath the gorgeous North American white oak veneer, you’ll find a sturdy particleboard core and 10mm solid lippings, allowing for up to 12mm trimming (6mm from any edge), which is ideal for slightly wonky frames.

The Cottage Oak is available in a wide range of imperial and metric sizes, and the number of panels varies based on width:

• 3-panel: 457mm, 526mm & 533mm
• 4-panel: 610mm & 626mm
• 5-panel: 686mm–813mm
• 6-panel: 826mm–926mm
