"Very cheap product don’t bother to spend time and money with this company doors arrived chipped all around supposed to be pre finished but the finish is extremely poor."
"Very pleased with our new door but would point out that it had slight damage on one corner which may have happened in transit. Return policy is very strict (48 hours notification) which in my opinion is unfair especially as the door is heavy and was only noticed at time of fitting by carpenter."
"Required me to chase repeatedly for the update of this single door order. Money was taken instantaneously however I didn't receive any update till I chased several weeks later, from ordering to receiving the door it was around 5-6 weeks. The justification was that some changes had taken place to their ordering process, and I was one of a handful of orders that seemed to have slipped off the system. The door, when it eventually arrived, was good and as expected."
"Been using door for non standart opening and surprised how much of tolerance glued in timbers around can give. For factory not hard to use bit wider timber while making it. For us,the fitters sometimes is critical. Well done"
