Specified to provide 30 minutes of fire resistance when installed correctly as part of a complete fire door set-up, this FD30 option is suitable for areas of the home where fire doors may be needed, such as loft conversions, garages leading into the house, hallways and landings. Unlike the standard non-fire rated version, this Climadoor FD30 fire door is supplied with a fire-rated solid core. This denser construction gives the door the strength and integrity needed to help resist the spread of fire and smoke for the intended period. Despite this more robust core, the door still keeps the attractive smooth moulded face that makes the Mexicano design so popular, offering a more design-led fire door solution for domestic interiors.

Finished with a smooth skin and a black deluxe prime, creating a sleek, uniform appearance it can be fitted straight out of the box, though it can also be top coated if you wish to adjust the final colour.

Like the standard version, it’s supplied in the most popular imperial sizes and is also available in bespoke sizes on an extended lead time.
