Vibrant Doors recently assisted in the renovation of a former bank into a mixed commercial / residential space. The renovation was located in the picturesque market town of Tonbridge situated on the River Medway. Tonbridge sits at the heart of a beautiful area of Kent, four miles north of Royal Tunbridge Wells and 29 miles south east of London. A great location for commuters.
This first-time client had a requirement for four PAS24 rated flat entrance doors and communal entrance doors. This would transform a former Lloyds bank into a multi-use commercial/ residential space featuring four condominiums.
Due to the mixed use nature of the project, it was essential that doors met requirements for both fire safety and building regulations. Having worked on numerous commercial projects previously, we were confident we could deliver on their exact specifications.

For this particular project, we were able to cost engineer the quote to reduce costs without compromising on quality or style. On this rare occasion we were also able to move the delivery time forward to better align with our client’s project schedule.
